TERMS AND CONDITIONSCommission Details:
1. Sizes used commonly within 1:1, 4:3 ratio. Other sizes can be done but the price may increase depending on the given.
This applies to both 3D and Illustrations.Payment, Cancellations,Refunds:
1. Mode of Payment available: Gcash, Wise, Payoneer
2. 50% down payment or 100% payment ONLY.
3. Invoices will be sent accordingly after receiving an approval. DO NOT send a payment without my request.
4.When invoice or payment link is received, the agrees to pay within 72 hours (3 days) unless circumstances are communicated otherwise in advanced, or the project/waitlist position may be cancelled by the artist.
5. If the client wishes cancellation, 50% may forfeit if less than 2 days notice before work starts. Once work begins, refunds are NOT possible unless initiated by the artist.
6. Please wait 3 to 5 business days for response.Revisions:
1. Maximum of 3 (revisions) are FREE.
2. Revisions are not aloud if its close to the finishing process.
3. Any additional revisions will be adding 5% of the base price.Delivery:
1. The commission may take 1 week to 3 months depending on the difficulty of the piece.
2. Delivery method: Google Drive via Email or Social Media handle provided.
3. The client is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.Rights, Usage & Credits:
1. I retain copyright and ownership of the work, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the in my websites, social media websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects including sketches for personal or commercial usage.Note: The process will likely be posted on my social media handles unless stated early by the client requests otherwise.2. A NDA or confidential commission status may subject to a +25% fee.3. Clients are granted exclusive rights for personal use of the work produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any parties.4. Personal use includes: Social Media profile pictures, pictures, layouts, themes, wallpapers, personal website display, social media posts, physical prints and products (that are NOT FOR SALE or distribution to any other party.)I, the artist, have the right to refuse projects and requests according to my discretion and capabilities.Some content that I will not be comfortable with working include:Illustrations
- Furry/Furries
- Explicit Gore/NSFW
- Copying other styles
- Gender identities and cultures I feel I may not be accurately or authentically portray or present well.3D Art
- Hyper realism
- High Poly Concepts
- Highly Animated Character riggingI, the artist, warrant the work will be my original work performed by the best of my ability.By commissioning the artist, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions above.
